no bear, i understand your argument (and you may be right). unfortunately "someday" is coming very quickly....if we wait too long we will lose both LC and our legal avenue .....

financially we cant go on like this forever. and i wonder if it's in mangements interest to take the legal route....this may come down to a shareholder decision...i'm sure tradewinds will tell us.

the upside is that this epic drama is almost at a climax ending....i hope it's a happy one but my butt is getting soar and i want to leave the theater....
