Based on what I have seen from VZ over the summer months, this is good. We need light spread on LC and KM88 overall.

Simply put, no permit = minimal contractual obligations. Crystallex is performing the minimum contract obligations with the exception of the Sewage Treatment Plant. That is actually extra from what I have read of the contract.

This may minimally aid in sparking closure to the permit issue. Clearly, if the permit is issued full speed ahead on the jobs, transportation, lunch, etc.
