I just voted mine no as well. I have sat by for 2 and a half years and I know a lot more of you guys have gone much longer. I have lost 90% of my investment and tell me this, why do these guys, who have done nothing for shareholders to date, be rewarded for doing a job that is not complete. At my job, I am a pharmacist. If I don't hit my budget for scripts, I don't get a bonus. If I don't achieve excellent customer service, I don't get a bonus. Why are they getting one, especially former CEO's of the company who are not doing a thing with the company except milking us. This is money that was hard earned at an honest job. Money that isn't just replaced out of thin air because the market took a turn for the worse. I am sorry but there is no way in hell to justify voting yes.
