Let's not lose sight of the real reason behind the New Option Program. As I've proposed before, Fung & Co are getting out in front of the permit issuance under the guise of keeping good employees in place to handle all the details of starting the construction phase - post Permit. Moving the equiptment in Houston, developing the construction phase in LC(or at least going thru the motions) etc, etc, etc. Fung & Co has already received approval of all/most of the Major holders for the Option Program Approval - they would not go thru the process without that assurance of approval. The structure of the Program will, in some way, be linked to the permit and properly priced relative to the Strike.BUT the Big ? - Why an Options Program NOW. IMO the permit is done and Fung wants to divert criticism of Options after the permit is approved and the PPS is $5 or so and the options are for $1.10 or $.50. WE ARE REAL CLOSE - LOAD UP Friends!
