A couple of points.

1. With such a small budget for Mibam, it would appear not enough cash has been allocated for any major 50/50 gold mining projects. Conclusion:contract at LC is good to go and means the LC project can be permitted at any time.

2. Another point about gold. Gold is @ $740ish. With the strength of the dollar over the last 30 days, this is a very favorable price. Re-flation will turn into inflation soon enough.
