no. the placer contract did'nt have a transfer of ownership clause ..the real problem for infinito i see is the production timeline cancellation.....placer was being cancelled because they did'nt begin production in time (at $300oz it did'nt work)...

how infinito could overcome that is anybody's guess..

the one thing this article did'nt mention is that 1 of the jurisdictional objections was put into the merits of the case...we dont know what that objection was.....
