A transfer of ownership clause can be either a positive or negative. If Placer did not have the right to transfer ownership to a second party within the "contract", then why would they do so in the first place and why would Infinito (Vanessa) be party to it. The latest tribunal hearing saw enough merit in what was presented t by (Vanessa) to take it forward to the court this December. If Placer actually had the right to transfer, big do do ...............for all parties involved.
