Four plans of cartographies and inventories of metallic mineral resources and metalists were not budgeted by the Executive for the 2009.

They will locate, they will quantify and classify possible and proven deposits of primary minerals

For it, they will budget four national plans. First of all, the National Plan of Inventory of Metallic Mineral Resources and nonMetalists on Scale 1.250.000 with which the development of a program of exploration and tending systemic investigation to the location considers, quantification, classification of possible and proven deposits of primary minerals, metallic and nonmetalists.

Also, they will assign resources to the National Plan of Geologic Cartography on Scale 1.100.000 in order to have cartographic and geologic information of the areas to study, “in order to infer the sites to prospect mineral resources”.

The third project is the National Plan of Geochemistry on Scale 1.500.000, that will allow to present/display “the superficial distribution of the main chemical elements of economic, social and environmental interest, to establish the natural occurrence of main polluting elements”, as well as to redefine and to extend the mining districts of the Nation.

The last budgeted study is the National Plan of Susceptibility and Threats in the Mountain range Andean-Coast.

The total of the resources destined to the execution of these projects reaches the amount of Versus. 14.400.000 and as support to these projects three actions centralized by an amount are had Versus. 6.257.636.

Mission To cheep

The Foundation Mission To cheep will have like source ordinary resources assigned through Ministry of the Popular Power for the Basic Industries and Mining by the amount of Versus. 2.093.600.

“The policy for the profit of its objectives is directed to cause the organization and participation of the small miner, to direct and to realise the mining census under parameters of scientific trustworthiness, to develop programs for the recovery of the zones more affected and degraded by the mining activity, to pay special attention to 230 indigenous communities of the Guayana Region and to benefit considered from 5,019 women and 2,152 men for year 2009, unfolding action to improve its conditions and quality of life”.

Also, along with Proforca and the Ministry of the Popular Power for the Atmosphere they will undertake a program of reforestation and recovery of the areas with greater environmental degradation; whereas they apply a social program directed to prevent the precocious pregnancy and infantile prostitution in coordination with the office with Health.
