Andres Velasquez, candidate for governor of Bolivar state, held a news conference on Tuesday November 4, where they demanded justice for the death of a student at the Technical School Industrial Antonio Diaz, of Ciudad Bolivar, in the midst of the repression of a demonstration student to demand their rights.
