Dear Mr. Marshall,
Day after day on BNN (Business News Network, Canada), we see public Promotions by Mining Company CEOs which describe their particular project, (touting them, if you will), but I have yet to see a Promotion by Crystallex. Why is that? I believe that is one reason why our trading volume is so low and our share price with it.
I understand that it is the responsibility and obligation of Management to safeguard shareholder value and to release information on “material events”. In my opinion, neither is being carried out. KRY’s price per share is tanking ignominiously because the investing public does not know the value of what KRY has in its Mining Operating Contract. Shareholders who are “hanging in by their teeth” know the value, but do not know what is specifically the issue blocking the permitting process.
You are doing a marvelous job in responding to questions from AgoraCom’s Crytallex Discussion Forum. However, we need TIMELY, periodic Public Promotions from KRY and regular, monthly Public Press Releases which UPDATE POTENTIAL INVESTORS and shareholders on the progress of the Las Cristinas permitting dialogue. This update on the permitting dialogue, was on Thursday, August 14th!
All these updates are urgently required, not only to educate and inform potential investors, but also shareholders. And the LAST update was released on Wednesday, September 3rd on the Revemin Mill. Nothing further has been released. We shareholders know that discussions with MinAmb are ongoing, perhaps even daily, but how about letting the public and shareholders know what has happened to KRY’s “Rebuttal to Minister of Environment” filed Tuesday, June 17. These are all “material events” and more information is required.
Respectfully,
Vlada Hrabowsky
