Uncertainty makes people nervous and some players bank on this to make quick money.

let something loose on the media , something which could be reasonable and "waila "you made money in only few hours.

Just think : buy 1M at$.31= $310000---sell 1M AT .41 [average ] = 410000 = 100000 in the bag ,not bad for a day work.

So i believe that all Reuters crap is nonsense and i am buying another one hundred thousand to bring my average down.
