Dear Mr. Marshall,
In view of your response to an Agoracom KRY Bullboard poster, which I quote:
“I have spoken to Bob Fung and our Caracas staff and they have not been advised of any changes and in fact our staff had meetings with Ministry officials (MIBAM) this morning and there was no change in position or expectations. This looks like another un-named source with very vague comments”.
In my opinion, this Reuters article is a “material event” since it impacts KRY’s share price, promotes negative publicity, and therefore stockholder value! It is imperative that KRY issue a PUBLIC release immediately which clarifies and negates this Reuters Article.
I trust KRY will respond “sooner than later”.
Respectfully,
Vlada Hrabowsky
