I am of two minds:

One - This could be a political statement to VZ people to make it appear they have taken control when in fact they were already in control. In this case we are OK.

Two - I am concerned about all the comments from RM and others that they were told the path is clear. Sanz is no fool and he has to know how his comments will be taken. This would smell of other motives that KRY mgt may/may not have been aware of but in any case would not be good for shareholders.

I've been in too long and through too many of these things to sell. None the less I am getting tired of it all. This saga needs to end, but Idon't see that happening any time soon.
