03:19 PM Caracas .- The government announced on Wednesday that will restore the giant Las Cristinas gold mine, in the hands of Canada's Crystallex, which hopes to start exploiting it in 2009.
What is the meaning of "restore" here? Could resore possibly mean restore the area damaged by illegal mining or restore back from the Ortega imposed forest/enviromental status?
