Yes Sasa this is the first time we have heard Tomi and Victoria mentioned in all of this and it says OFFERED Wed so maybe that is what yesterdays meeting with Mibam was about.

This Wednesday the Canadian company offered to the Mibam two mining concessions, located in the Pebble. The mines, “Tomy and the Victory, could be given to the end of the 2008 or principles of the 2009, previous payment of the labor and environmental liabilities”, according to an exposition of the transnational one.
