if the rusoro article is true, then i submit that rusoro will pay "russian fair value" (along the lines of the original grz offer...which would price kry around $2?) for the properties.....i also say it's possible that mngt knew this ahead of time...

based on the volume the last couple months, the uptick (and decrease in volume)the last few days before this news started someone knew this news was coming and sold out ahead of the announcement....
