Reuters claims they were in on a conference where Sanz offered LC to Rusoro. Dow Jones, on the other hand, quotes Sanz as saying, "we haven't defined anything on that," adding that "it's something that we haven't thought about."

Crystallex asked the VZ government for a clarifcation of these two diametrically opposite news stories.

IMO tomorrow we will get that clarification.

If the stock is halted, Rusoro gets LC. If Sanz doesn't respond in a timely fashion, Rusoro gets LC. Of course, the third alternative is that Dow Jones was right and we are off to the races.

If Rusoro is awarded LC our SP will drop. So what do we do; sell out, buy more or just watch?

In the Reuters article, Sanz did not reject out of hand the possibility of a settlement with Crystallex. So wnat would that settlement look like?

Someone posted earlier that the lowball offer Rusoro made for GRZ would be equivalent to $2 for Crystallex. Since Rusoro and Hugo are working together, VZ would be hard pressed to offer less than $2 as a settlement.

Someone else posted that Kinross bought out Aurellian at a share price that would equate to $4 for us. So a settlement should be $2-$4.

Therefore, if our SP falls to the teens or single digits logic dictates that we should be gobbling up shares.

Of course, fear might motivate us to do the opposite.
