Midas, don't you think that the Vens want KRY to slip up. ANY and I meAN ANY refusal to live up to the social aspect of the contract will mean a default. I do believe KRY is being goated into a slip up. It is the only out for them. Plain and simple. You breach the terms in any way, we take it over.
