Rayzz......As far as I now, VZ has given fair value to all companies that have been taken over by iether joint venture, or complete buyout. As I said in an earlier posting, Chavez would have to feel pretty sure of himself re his Russian connections, to royally screw KRY after all these years. No company/investor would come near VZ after that.
