I agree with EZ street that no one else could get a mine up and running anywhere close to what KRY can.

However, I don't agree that the Russian man, Agrapov, who runs Rusoro, and along with his insiders, has controling interest, are in no position to do anything. Agrapov apparently is a very wealthy and influential person in Russia, and is personal close to both Putin and Chavez. Seeing as both those Chavez real wants his arms deals go through, and maybe even a submarine deal, he would bend over backwards to do something for Putin, like somehow wrangle LC for his friend Agrapov and Rusoro.
