Another rumor was that serious Chavez would visit the 88 Km from here to announce the nationalization of Las Cristinas, the Canadian company that has been waiting a long time environmental permits, and that he said yesterday, met this week with the MIBAM.

If that, in fact, is the case....shouldn't it read "to violate and trash the legal and binding contract between Crystallex and Venezuela"?
