Has anybody thought that maybe the Russian don't like all the offers of Chavez being not advantageous to them that is why they signed letters of intent, meaning ,we ear you but no deal now.

Probably the Russian like to pick what they like from the offers and not the all package.

I am sure that they don't want get involved in costly operations dragging true time and not producing the final product which is profit.

Could Christallex be one of them ?
