sasa, thats the part that stood out to me as well...still not sure what is going on with sanz "gold mining" statements but this part sounded like "back-peddling" at the least....maybe the russians did'nt come thru for them...either way it should prove to be an eventful week....i hope....

The expectations are many and until now minister Sanz is to optimist by the recovery of several mines and the participation of State in them. In spite of this, the minister emphasizes the necessity to fulfill the diverse agreements settled down between the transnational ones, in this case the Russian company, with the communities and the workers.
