sasa-"there is no way to start in 2009 unless they use KRY."..i'm not trying to argue with you, but would appreciate your thoughts on this one....
i'm trying not to post much as i have little to offer recently.....BUT....one thing has been on my mind and it has'nt been addressed..
everyone is stating that it will take longer than 09' to begin production (and i know the logic for that case).. but there's room for argument here....
kry has stated various time frames for production...from 12-18months, from 18-24 months..and at one time their statements suggested 6 months....
right now the company states: "The engineering and construction schedule is estimated at approximately 18-24 months from the start of detailed engineering." but then states "Currently, Las Cristinas engineering and design work is essentially complete and all Long Lead items have been fabricated and/or secured."
so with all the engineering done...(which i believe venezuela has copies of also)......how long is the "construction only" time to bring LC to production?
needless to say i think kry could pull this off much better than any state run entity.....but venezuela seems to always have big ideas when entering into a venture....i can see where they would think they could bring it into production in 09'...
