Can someone help me out here?

So, a few people out there believe that Chavez will give us a low ball offer so we will not go to the courts. Some people have said that we could get an offer of $4, which at this point with no real leverage is pretty high. I'm leaning or even hoping at this point to a $1-$2 offer but here is where my stupidity comes in to the equation. With 295 million outstanding shares won't an offer of $2 a share basically equate to a 1/2 billion dollar offer for the rights to explore the mine? Even at a $1 share offer we are looking at close to a 300 million dollare offer. Does this seem plausible?

Any help here would be greatly appreciated.

Hope we do get some guidance soon.

Best of luck,

Bullrun23
