We wait for NR from Management! Email from RM

For now we wait until such time for the NR from Crystallex on their request for clarity from Mibam on the media releases from last week. It is bizzare to say the least that during the time of these releases Crystallex was having meetings/discussions with the CVG and Mibam with no indication of any problems or concerns moving forward. So until we get our word from management we wait. The question now is if it comes in the form of halt does that tell us our answer or will it come in the form a NR with addresses the non-issue media coverage. We wait I guess.

Below is a communication from RM on his response to the latest issues:

Hello Mr. xxxx. Last week saw volumes of media coverage regarding the Las Cristinas Project casting doubt on the future of the Crystallex/CVG Mine Operating Contract. We did issue a press release informing that in meetings held last week between the CVG and Crystallex and MIBAM and Crystallex there was no indication of any problem contrary to the media coverage.

Due to the alarming nature of these articles the Company has formally requested through MIBAM and response from the Government regarding the project and the MOC. Once they have responded the Company will be able to address the concerns based on facts and formal correspondence verses media clippings.

Regards,

Richard

Hi Richard,

What is Crystallex's position relative to all the latest press coming out of VZ on control of Las Cristinas? I have read your latest press releases and do understand that a formal request has been submit for clarification, but can you elaborate on the expected response and when it may be forthcoming?

And, I would be courious as to next steps given a worse case senairo should the control be taken from Crystallex as it has been suggested? I have read stories on an agreement signed with white clay on Friday and is it possible that the western media types have gotten their reporting wrong?

If not, then isn't the VZ government obligated to report to Crystallex specific to any changes in contract or does it say they are not? Would be very disappointed if VZ treats KRY in the manner they have shown should the story have truth to it.

I can only imagine you must be pulling out your hair! What a difficult place to conduct business! I guess 15 years in VZ really does not appear to mean that much. Am I missing something here? Please help me to understand!
