Gwhat...........Chavez is not the one who decides how much KRY would get. Its much more complicated than that. There are courts, and I'm sure they are not all friendly to Chavez's way of doing bussiness. However bad, this is still a democracy, and at least Chavez has to make it seem like it is one.
