That was in Jan 2007 and yet the Ministry of Environment ok'd the EIS in June of 2007....why would they bother. There are definitely other factors at work here. Then we have the denial and then KRY is brought back to the table...again why bother. The proposals were accepted in Aug 2008...again why bother. The Director General who issued the denial is one of the people involved in the ongoing discussions with KRY and even goes to the site for the site visit....again why bother? All of this doesn't add up....somebody somewhere is pushing for the permit somewhere in the gov't and on the other hand trying to deny.....there are 2 factions at work....who will win?
