The statement is correct as is when you go back to when KRY signed the MOA. Kry went to court over the concession and with drew their claim for the mOA so in actual fact the VZ government did get LC back from KRY.

Either way you read it, it's not even close to the garbage being published as fact. I can see why there may not even be a response from Sanz about the Dow Jones story. All he has to say to KRY is read the release. Where did I say anything has changed or that we cancelling the contract and giving it to the Russians.
