Does that mean, Kry usually informed meetings one week ahead of time? Who initates meetings? Kry or Venz? Where will be the meetings took place usually? Mibam? Who they met? Sanz or a gernal director or even a representative?

Also, what is the meaning of "I have not yet been informed of this week's meeting schedule."? 1) Meetings are not weekly, so it is possible that no meetings this week? 2) There are regular meetings, and Venz is ignoring us?
