So, we have a special shareholder meeting on November 18th to give mangament cheaper options. We have also moved our earnings release to November 20th from November 13th. Does this sound like a buyout will be announced on November 20th? I believe the buyout will be at a much cheaper price but I will take anything at this point.

I think this also plays into why Richard and Andrea have not provided much information because they are in a quiet phase where they really can't say much.
