EZ...As I've stated previously...I do not believe this will end up in court. It will be resolved one way or the other prior to that since it is in neither party's best interest to go the legal route. Where we disagree...is your stated preference to go the legal route rather than take a sum (say $3\share) that you feel (and is in fact) less than our contract is worth. Personally I'd rather take $3\share tomorrow rather than part interest in a Citgo franchise.

BTW...if it does go the legal route, I get dibs on the Citgo station on the corner of Route 15 and Lake Street in Lake Hopatcong, NJ. I wonder....will I have to wear a turbin while I'm pumping gas?
