I do think this has bolstered Kry's case with VZ for the permit.

If RML believes they can get the permit using the same information that Kry has supplied then it would certainly show that VZ has with held the permit for political reasons.

The can use financing as an out buy as long as Fung can show he had the money to finance the building of the mine how can VZ deny the permit on legal grounds.
