agapov claims kry and grz dont have permits because they could'nt find "common ground"....

what is that suppose to mean? bribes? kickbacks?

it certainly could'nt mean socialist/communist political ideology could it? that would be bad for a publicly traded company based out of canada i would think....

so tell us comrade agapov...just what do you mean by "common ground"?
