"Agapov confides to Bloomberg that Las Brisas de Cuyuni is a "less exciting potential'' to Rusoro than Las Cristinas"
I noticed that, and also the suggestion that GRZ and KRY should have done more to combine the projects if they wanted to get a permit... however it seems that Agapov doesn't intend to do anything about Brisas and so he apparently isn't going to try to combine it with LC. So how come he is so confident that he can get approvals for LC without Brisas when he virtually states that it was the lack of combination of the two which caused the delay for KRY and GRZ..
Of course he just may have the right formula for getting permits in Venezuela that has little to do with technical specifications, environmental issues or project viability, a method that the Russians use all the time in their home country to gain government favours and control of vast fortunes.
