That story Roy put out about billions missing is total nonsense -- he must have used Google translate, which translates today's Correo del Caroni story wrong:

"Según cálculos de los entendidos, los cuatro kilos de oro podrían estar valorados sobre los 200 mil bolívares fuertes, de ser verdad, la hipótesis de los 20 kilos, la suma ascendería a 500 mil bolívares fuertes." http://www.correodelcaroni.com/conte...

The story says that as much as 20 kg of gold, with a value of 500 thousand strong bolivars may be missing. Not exactly 250 billion dollars!
