Apparantly though many of us feel that we are closer than ever to a pay-off and are averaging down...volume remains low and the share price can't seem to rally. Why is that? At twenty cents per share and only weeks away from good news (if you subscribe to the glass half-full theory) you'd think smart money would be gorging themselves and our share price would be edging steadily upward.
