Either they are going to issue the permit and are waiting for the election to pass or they are offering it to someone else and are scrambling to put together a satisfactory compensation package for KRY. If they were to come out at this point and say "Here is the permit" would Chavez get the political support he needs. He needs all the leverage he can get in the next few weeks. On the other hand if he confirmed that L.C. would be mined by someone else, our legal team would be on his ass quicker than MOMG on Miss Vz. At that point it would take forever to get the gold out of the ground. Something he needs done now. We are at a very, very delightful juncture.
