that is way the Russians will give Chavez some crumbs in order to keep a political presence in the Caribbean and be stalling on the time consuming enterprises like Las Cristinas .

In fact if Kry can start the mine in 18-20 months ,it can take the Russian up to five years way passed Chavez era and his protection.
