Not much....Sorry. It puzzles me as to what is going on. And I can't find a suitable answer other than what my gut is saying. Afraid to verbalize it as we (I) have been down this road many....many times before. At this point I know without a doubt that Mom and Pop are looking at the 10's not the 09's. What does that say to you? I will not be naked for one second going forth. My 400 will expire worthless if need be. Don't think it will come to that. ;)
