Like it or not, a lot of locals don't want KRY mining LC so politicians will stay away from this issue even though they may support it internally.

That statement is not true. Most locals and politicians want this to move forward.

The reason they use the term ( high level of Gov.) is because KRY was told not to use any persons name.
