When you go to the Crystallex website and read the chronological bullet points...including the most recent "request for clarification" it looks like a lawyer's dream suit. Presuming that we ARE getting shafted by Venezuela, then I'm certain that KRY management is well aware of this fact. They most certainly have an "end game" legal strategy in mind. If the CVG continues to ignore the original "request for clarification", I think it would be prudent....say by December 7th, to issue a second "request for clarification"....this time with a stated one week deadline after which we advise our "business partner" that we have no choice, given their lack of cooperation, to sue them for breech of contract given the resulting impending bankrupcy of KRY.
