I think we need some clarification from KRY but if this is correct then it is a non-event. If these were the options to be voted on (and I am not convinced of it yet) then they would probably have been given a time frame in which to rescind them. Fung doing so immediately would be the prudent thing.

I am not convinced this is the truth as I don't know companies who grant options and file SEC forms on them before they have been approved by shareholders.
