Can we expect anything of substance from KRY management?

I am not being negative but here is my legit question:

If they should choose to respond to today's events publically, or privately to members of this board through an email, can they really feed us the company line "we have no indication of a change..."

I mean, I know they "can" do anything. But aren't we getting close to a point that something has to be done. Is there nothing they can do to put pressure on VZ? Can't we give them a deadline that they must comply with or face legal action?

If we can't or shouldn't do this at .13, what have we got left?
