As far as the translation goes, I believe he was asking is he knows what the word is as to who is in control of the project at LC.

Then he asks who he thinks is going to mine LC

He answers that he understands that it is Crystallex.

Then he asks if he knows of Rusoro.

He answers 'are they mining Rusoro?'
