gw, unfortunately i think we've been played....even if we get the permit now the haywood article points out that kry will have to accept much much lower offers for a buyout as financing will probably prove impossible in this market.....if ape-face had given us the permit 2yrs ago we'd probably be looking at $16PPS by now.....

now, who knows.....but i do think we'll find out in the next few days what happened to us......the 25th maybe....
