it does seem that all hands point to "after the election"....

the ven govt will release no info until after the election..sanz wont clarify until after the election...perez wont talk until after the election......

imo, whatever it is that venezuela is going to do with LC must be something that is really gonna PO' the locals......otherwise, they'd do it before the election......

the only thing i can think of that would upset them that much would be to leave LC to stagnate....like they have.....

unless theres a huge green movement in ven i'm not aware of and they dont want to upset the environmentalists...ha!
