It is interesting that the company hasn't seemed to put any increased pressure from a legal standpoint on VZ other than asking for clarification after Sanz supposed comments. Doesn't seem like they would have much to lose at this point by putting out a release advising shareholders of drop dead dates before legal action would have to be taken. Maybe they do in fact know something the rest of us don't?
