Just more proof mining is going to happen and permits will be granted....the question is who will it be.

SENIAT fiscal sacrifice of more than 256 million Bs.F benefit the industrial sector

Caracas, Nov 21. ABN .- The National Integrated Customs and Tax Administration (SENIAT) awarded between January and October this year 256 million 377 thousand 387 bolivars strong defenses and exemptions from import taxes for the Venezuelan industrial sector, both public and private.

The maximum tax authority and customs of the country reported that the measure had brought public prosecutor for the industry, for exemption from import taxes and exemption from Value Added Tax (VAT).

The most productive areas favored with this contribution from the SENIAT, are linked to the mining and petrochemicals, among other goods used in the processes and activities that are aimed at the productive development of the country, and are provided in the Official Gazette Extraordinary No. 5774 of May 30, 2005 issued by the Customs Tariff Venezuela.
