Not if they shorted it right after the last end of October.

It finished .38 at the end of Oct. and in the first 2 days of Nov. they drove the price up to .46. On the 14th the close was still .23. Any shorting that covered yesterday would have made tons of money.

It will be interesting to see what end of Nov. brings.
